  • No-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in no refund.

3. Traveler Responsibilities

  • Passengers must ensure they have valid passports, visas, and required vaccinations.
  • Travelers must follow local laws and respect tour guides’ instructions.
  • Horizon Peak is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage incurred during tours.

4. Changes to Itineraries

  • We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, safety concerns, government regulations).
  • If a major change occurs, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer alternatives.

5. Liability Disclaimer

Horizon Peak acts as an intermediary between clients and service providers (hotels, airlines, transport companies). We are not liable for:
✔ Flight delays or cancellations.
✔ Loss of luggage or personal belongings.
✔ Injuries, accidents, or illnesses during the tour.
